Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have started and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Custom or personalised orders (including initials, names, or special requests) cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Personalised & Custom Orders

All customised products (including personalised initials, colours, or special designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before completing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of:
• The outer packaging
• The product
• The shipping label

If approved, we will:
• Offer a replacement, or
• Issue a refund at our discretion

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Returns

Due to the nature of preserved floral arrangements, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect details submitted by the customer
• Minor variations in colour or flower arrangement

Each arrangement is handcrafted and slight variations may occur.
 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Failed delivery attempts
• Delays caused by courier services
